Clock
A clock is a circular object with three hands: an hour hand, a minute hand, and a second hand. Horology is the scientific study of clocks.
[A clock's twelve equal divisions]
# The angle formed by any two successive divisions is equal to (360°)/12, or 30°.
[Clock's angle divisions]
A detailed examination of a clock reveals that there are five more divisions in the angular space between any two consecutive divisions. 5 minutes are equal to the space between the two divisions. The angular value of a minute will be obtained by diving the 30° by five.
A minute's angle is equal to (30°)/5=6°.
[Angular minutes values]
The angular values for the first ten minutes are shown in the table below:
Problems with clocks are divided into four modules:
- Time Point (or) Time Angle
- Point Time (or) Angle Time
- Reflect Time (or) Mirror Time
- Slow Quick Clocks (or)Slow Fast Clocks
